How to generate Cardless Withdrawal Codes or PIN on Mobile Banking or Internet Banking

Generating Cardless Withdrawal Codes are differs on each bank mobile app and internet bank. You'll need to navigate your bank app to find out how you can generate your Cardless Withdrawal PIN to use at ATMs.

However, here's how to generate Cardless Withdrawal Codes on KudaBank Mobile App:

  • Login to your Kuda Account via Mobile App
  • Tap on "Pay" at the button on your dashboard
  • Scroll down and tap on "Cardless Payment"
  • Next, you'll need to choose your payment option
  • Kuda Bank Cardless Payment Option includes; Pay with Bank, Pay with USSD, POS Terminal, ATM withdrawal, and Pay a Kuda Business.
  • Tap on one and enter amount you want to withdraw.
  • Tap on Pay and you'll be given a PIN.
  • Go to any ATM post near you and click on any key on the Machine
  • Tap on Cardless Payment
  • Choose Bank and Account Type
  • Input Amount
  • Input PIN generated on Kuda Bank and Click on Proceed.
  • The ATM will process your transactions and dispense your cash.

For POS Cardless Withdrawal:

  • Go to any POS Terminal and request to perform Cardless Withdrawal
  • The POS Agent will carry out some tap on the Machine.
  • Input PIN generated from KudaBank and tap proceed
  • The money will be deducted from your account and added to the agent's account.

Then, take your cash!

Important Notice: If you're using Cardless Withdrawal via POS, then choose Pay with POS Terminal in your Kuda app, and after 24 hours of PIN generated, it will expires.

How to do Cardless Withdrawal via USSD code

Here are steps to carry out Cardless Withdrawal at the ATM using Bank's USSD Code:

  • Dial your Bank shortcode on your registered mobile number. E.g. *919*30Amount*50# for UBA customers
  • Enter the amount you want to withdraw and create a one-time withdrawal PIN
  • You'll receive an SMS containing your one-time withdrawal PIN
  • Go-to any ATM near you and tap on any button on the Machine
  • Click on Cardless Payment and follow the on-screen instructions
  • Select Bank, Input Amount, and Input your Cardless withdrawal PIN.
  • The ATM will process your transaction and dispense your cash immediately.
  • You can choose to print receipt or skip.
